Growth engineer and designer. I design the brand and the packaging, build the store in Liquid, wire the tracking so the numbers can be trusted, and run the ads on top of it. Last year’s ad account returned 7.2x by Google’s count and 5.4x by mine, because I reconcile the two. Most people own one layer. I own all of them, so a brand goes from first click to loyal customer with no handoff.

Identities I designed, for my own brands and for clients

Identity, packaging, apparel artwork and product UI. Four live brands, drawn and shipped.
Storefronts coded in Liquid, custom sites in plain HTML, and the tracking wired underneath.
Prospecting, auditing and video pipelines I built myself, in Node and Python.
Brands I designed, built and grew. Every one links live.
“Five minutes, on the floor.”
Harmonie’s movement method built as a product: onboarding, a daily Today screen, a guided practice player, and a session builder that assembles a workout from the equipment and level you have. I designed and directed it, shot and cut the movement footage, replaced and matched the backgrounds in Aleph, and wrote the code with Claude Code in React Native.
Three decisions the product rests on: Today is the home screen rather than a library, because a grid asks people to choose at the moment they are least motivated. One warm colour, ochre, is reserved for progress alone, so it never becomes decoration. And the mark is drawn as geometry rather than placed as an image, so it stays open at tab-icon size.

“A four-minute ritual for scalp health.”
Built end to end: coded the Shopify theme in Liquid, designed the storefront and the product pages, designed the packaging and every label, shot the product photography, and built the Klaviyo email and SMS retention that runs it. A brand I own and operate today.

“Wear your roots.”
A conservation apparel brand I designed and built: the Selva series of original wildlife artwork, drawn as field-guide plates and applied to tees, prints and caps, then the Shopify storefront, the photography and the lifecycle email underneath it. Fifteen products live today, and five percent of every order goes back to protect the Mata Atlântica, the forest the artwork comes from.

“If it repeats, it gets a script.”
A prospecting engine that finds a business, loads its site in a headless browser, and checks what is actually installed: analytics, ad pixels, email capture, broken links, missing alt text. Every absence is re-checked by a second independent page load before a word is written, because a slow site once read as “no analytics” when the tag was live. It writes a one-page audit naming the specific flaw, drafts the email around that flaw rather than around a template, and sends on a schedule behind its own caps, bounce brake and suppression list.
One generated audit, client name removed
For the Ceremony app I built a second pipeline, about sixty scripts: matte extraction to cut the subject out of the plate, background replacement and compositing, loop construction so a move repeats without a visible seam, then automated flicker and room-consistency checks on every take. Runway Aleph holds the room consistent across shots, and Real-ESRGAN upscales the result.
One frame, three ways: the room as filmed, the background replaced, the room defocused
A third one runs a brand’s whole week. For Ceremony, 117 scripts on a fixed schedule: carousel on Monday, reel Wednesday, article Thursday, photo Friday, reels on the weekend. The article job is the one worth describing. It takes a topic from a rotating bank, has Claude write the piece and its meta description, pulls a hero and two inline images, publishes to Shopify, builds the Klaviyo newsletter out of that same article and sends it, then chains five Pinterest pins off the back of it. Weekly Ahrefs keyword and backlink research runs ahead of the writing, so the topics come from data rather than a hunch. 29 articles logged, 42 scheduled social posts, 23 weekly growth reports. Posting runs through Cloudinary and a Make.com router into Instagram, the Tailwind API into three Pinterest boards, and TikTok’s Content Posting API. The guards are the part I care about: every image is stamped when it is used and locked for 90 days so the feed never repeats itself.
And a fourth turns art into product. 162 PowerShell scripts behind Son of Nature: ImageMagick composes a 4500 by 5400 print file at 300 DPI, Replicate upscales it and cuts the background, Cloudflare R2 hosts the files, Printful creates the product and its mockups, and Shopify publishes it with story copy, price and variants. The fifteen products further up this page came out of that machine.

Shopify store, brand content and paid acquisition for a Kauaʻi adventure outfitter. The campaigns Google reported at 7.2x return, and 5.4x on GA4 last-click once I reconciled the two.

My growth-ops studio. Shopify builds, Klaviyo retention, SEO and paid acquisition, run for DTC and local brands from Kauaʻi.

A custom-coded editorial site for a private Kauaʻi guide. Hand-built rather than Shopify, so the voice and the art direction carry it.
